Urmet & Epsilon Security install a specialised security system at Macquarie Park Village, an expansive new resort-style residential development in Sydney’s north-west.
In a solution fit for one of the largest residential developments in Maquarie Park, the NSW team installed a security system set upon a private fiber network to allow for connectivity between all aspects of the system across the entire luxury urban development.
Specifically, the solution saw the installation of the Urmet IPerVoice security system with Aiko monitors (video doorphones), access control, CCTV video surveillance and TDT Foxtel Free-to-Air TV. The systems sit on a fiber network between several buildings – a set-up which will reduce delays and ensure Quality of Service, which is particularly important for larger sites such as this one.
Developed by a team consisting of Stamford Land Corporation along with Allen Jack + Cottier, Parkview Constructions and Oakstand, the residential development consists of a selection of 700 contemporary one, two and three bedroom apartments.
