Reaching new heights – Our work at Realm Adelaide

In a new first, our team in Victoria completed work on our first security installation project in Adelaide last year. Engaged by Tyrone Electrical, our team did the security work for Realm Adelaide. Completed mid last year, the luxury residential development is understood to be the tallest residential tower in Adelaide, standing at 132 metres high. The team installed an ICom intercom system, Integriti access control system and Hikvision CCTV across the 40-storey development, home to 310 luxury apartments.

Architecturally designed by Elenberg Fraser, the tower features distinctive external golden screens which are designed to filter the elements, and along with other subtle golden details throughout the development, pay homage to the development’s site history which includes being the site that Australia’s first gold coins were minted. Located in Adelaide’s CBD, Realm Adelaide is a Maxcon, Parallel Property and M Projects development.
